If the school is closed due to an unforeseen event – snow, flooding etc. Information about the closure will be given:

The decision to close will be made as early as possible and is not taken lightly.

The major factors in deciding to close are:

1. Whether there would be sufficient staff to ensure the safe running of the school?

2. Would it be safe for staff and children/parents to travel under the circumstances?

3. Is the school site safe and able to function as a school?
